Yes, it is version 2.3.1. If I have a full band she offers something special, if not just a reward. Both are just placeholder and do nothing
The update states that there's new Ms. Treatment reward but there isn't one. Her dialogue has changed and she offers you a reward, but it's a placeholder reward where nothing happens.
